
Nicolás Storace
Notary Public, graduated from the School of Law and Social Sciences of the University of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay in 1996.
Previously served as Notary Public at the law firm Guyer & Regules from 1996 to 2007, in charge of several clients and supervising the work team of other professionals under his responsibility.
Subsequently served as an associate at EscribanÃa Herrera Reyes for one year.
Participated in several postgraduate courses on: law of obligations, contracts, trust funds, real estate ownership titles, successions, study of ownership titles, urban and rural leases, registration law, and refresher courses on civil law, trust fund and registration publicity.
Currently a member of the Uruguayan Association of Notaries Public.

Vanessa Balero
Notary Public, graduated from the School of Law and Social Sciences of the University of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay in 1997.
From 1997 to 2002 served as associate Notary Public at EscribanÃa del Castillo-Astor.
Subsequently served from 2002 to 2010 as Senior Notary Public at Ferrere Attorneys-at-Law. As of 2008 held technical responsibility and was in charge of supervising the Notary and Real Estate Department at Ferrere Attorneys-at-Law.
Member of the Civil Law Committee of the Uruguayan Association of Notaries Public, from 1998 to 2006, submitting informed opinions on several issues during this period.
Participated in postgraduate courses on: condominium provisions, partitions, urban and rural leases, commercial agreements, trust funds, tax rules in real estate transactions and civil law seminars.
Currently a member of the Uruguayan Association of Notaries Public.

Silvia Vázquez
Notary Public, graduated from the School of Law and Social Sciences of the University of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay in 1995.
From 1995 to 2008 served as Senior Notary Public at Ferrere Attorneys-at-Law. From 2000 to 2008 held the position of Manager and directed the Notary and Real Estate Department at Ferrere Attorneys-at-Law, supervising over 25 members.
Member of the Civil Law Commission of the Uruguayan Association of Notaries Public, as of 1998, regularly participating and submitting informed opinions on several issues.
Participated in postgraduate courses on: condominium provisions, partitions, security interests, urban and rural leases, trust funds, contracts and civil law seminars, and civil law refresher courses.
Currently a member of the Uruguayan Association of Notaries Public.
